You can wear your Lunette Cup up to 12 (10 in Tropical climate) hours at a time 👌🏻 When your cup is full (or at the latest after 12 (10) hours from insertion) wash your hands, remove the cup, clean it and you are good to go.

🤗 Lunette Cup always comes with an instruction booklet(In Thai and in English), remember to read it carefully before use.
