The most important thing you can do is relax, because if your muscles are tense, getting your cup out can be a bit more difficult. Once you're relaxed, use your pelvic floor muscles to push the cup down - almost like you're going to 💩. Continue doing this until you can get a firm grip of the bottom of the cup.
